Fall 2020 Building Access Policy:
The library building is open to Manhattan College students, faculty, staff, and administrators ONLY. Regular Access Policies have been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19
Alumni have on-site access from 8 AM - 10 PM
Alumni have borrowing privileges with the acquisition of an Alumni ID card
Alumni ID cards can be requested via the form here.
Faculty from other institutions have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
Affiliates from institutions in the WALDO consortium have on-site access. Faculty from this group can request borrowing privileges.
Guests of Manhattan College affiliates have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
Off-duty NYPD officers have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
All other visitors need permission from the Executive Director or the Assistant Director of Access Services for on-site use.
