Spring 2022 Alumni Access Policies:

• Manhattan College Alumni must contact the Library Operations Coordinator, Valerie Jimenez, at least a few days in advance of your first visit to obtain an Alumni borrower’s card.

All Alumni must present the following to enter the library building:

All Alumni must present the following to enter the library building:

• A photo ID

• A borrower's card (after their first visit)

Visitors:

• Faculty from other institutions have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
• Affiliates from institutions in the WALDO consortium have on-site access. Faculty from this group can request borrowing privileges. 
• Guests of Manhattan College affiliates have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
• Off-duty NYPD officers have on-site access. They need to sign in at the Circulation Desk.
• All other visitors need permission from the Executive Director or the Assistant Director of Access Services for on-site use.
