Guests of Manhattan University Personnel: Information

Guests of Manhattan University Personnel

Library Building Access for Guests of Current Manhattan University Personnel

Guests of Manhattan University personnel are welcome, but only if accompanied by a current Manhattan University student, faculty member, staff member, or administrator. Certain family members of alumni may also use the Library, but only if accompanied by the alumnus.

Accompanied guests do not need to register before visiting the Library. Guests of Manhattan University individuals do need to sign in at the main desk, although ID is not required.

You are welcome to use the Library’s computers or to use your own laptop. To use the Library’s computers, please ask at the Circulation Desk for the guest password. Printing, scanning, and copying are free, but please print double-sided, if possible.

As a visitor, you’ll have access to all our online resources—databases, journals, etc.—only when you’re physically on campus. Guests of current Manhattan University personnel are not eligible to borrow books or DVDs for use outside the Library.

During the last week of classes and the week of final exams, the library building is open only to current Manhattan University students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

If you need to park on campus—in the parking garage near 4570 Manhattan University Parkway—please contact Valerie Jimenez with the date of your visit, your approximate arrival and departure times, and a very brief description of your vehicle.

If you have any questions, please contact Valerie Jimenez.
