Resources for Tests, Instruments, Manuals, and Reviews

The Test Cabinet is a physical collection of tests, instruments, and manuals that is housed behind the Circulation Desk on the 5th floor of the library.

  • ALL tests, instruments, and manuals in the TEST CABINET are in PAPER format.
    • Search for these items in Jaspercat Advanced Search, limiting to the TEST CABINET.
      • Follow the instructions in the PDF at the bottom of this box.
    • Go to the Circulation Desk on the 5th floor of the library.
    • Ask the Circulation Staff for the desired test, instrument, or manual that is in the TEST CABINET.
    • Borrow, scan, photocopy, or print the materials you need.
    • Consult your professor about the selection of tests, instruments, and manuals.

The Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) with Tests in Print is an online library database with reviews of tests and instruments.  The reviews are in ELECTRONIC format. 

  • To search for a test or instrument reviewed in the MMY, use Jaspercat Advanced Search, limiting to the Test Cabinet.
    • Follow the instructions in the PDF attached below.
  • The tests, instruments, and manuals are in PAPER format in the TEST CABINET. 
  • Go to the Circulation Desk on the 5th floor of the library to locate tests, instruments, and manuals.
  • Consult your professor about the selection of tests, instruments, and manuals.

PsycTests is an online library database that indexes a variety of tests and instruments, including aptitude tests, personality tests, and cognitive tests.  These are in ELECTRONIC FORMAT. These are not the tests reviewed in the MMY.
